Aroma therapy – Roman chamomile is ideal for dry skin. It is very soothing and also a great oil for headaches, irritability and muscle pain. DIY tip: try mixing 4 drops of chamomile and 4 drops of lavender in 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil. Add a cool bath for dry, sensitive skin to promote relaxation or relieve general pain.
