HOW DO I USE IT? Thread the straps of the Original Castor Oil Pack (sold separately) through the holes on either side of the cotton flannel. Apply 1 tbsp of Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to your abdominal area or to the center of the cotton flannel, then place it over your abdominal area and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight. WILL IT FIT ME? The cotton flannel insert is designed to fit over the typical size of the adult abdominal/torso area.
