Note: This binder comes with an oiled cutting blade to prevent the punching die from rusting. To avoid staining important documents when punching, clean the blade with a test cardboard first. Before each punching, please use a tool such as a utility knife to clean the paper scraps inside the hole puncher. Easy to use: This binder only requires 2 steps to operate.
