Claim will not be serviced unless required information is provided, Tawuniya will send you a copy of the policy on your mobile and you can also download from Tawuniya mobile App. VALIDITY: Tawuniya Accidental Damage Protection Plan begins on date of purchase and will be valid for a subsequent period of Twelve (12) or Twenty-Four (24) months (as per plan opted by the customer). Accidental Damage Protection Plan is applicable on New devices and Plan is valid only if purchased with a valid product from Amazon.SA (KSA) in the same cart or if purchased within 30 days post product purchase. WHAT'S COVERED: Tawuniya care accidental damae protection provides coverage for drops, liquid damage, & cracked screens. Plan is valid for 12 Months / 24 Months (depending on the plan purchased by the customer) from date of purchase, on new products purchased from Amazon.sa in last 30 days. FULFILLMENT: 2 claims (per policy duration) with KSA-wide coverage and free pickup & delivery service. Your product will be repaired and returned to you in a specified amount of time. In case of total loss/ device is not repairable, replacement of the same model will apply, if the same model is not available then Tawuinya will reimburse the eligible amount in the form of Amazon gift coupon (net of depreciation) shall be paid.
